Discover inner peace of mind and body through Hatha Yoga. Instruction includes slow, mindful movements and Asanas (postures), along with breathing and relaxation techniques. Regular yoga practice increases flexibility, bone density, muscle strength and endurance. It improves concentration and reduces stress. The one hour yoga classes at the Dharma Studio include a brief meditation practice. All ages and levels welcome.

Françoise De Deken has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years and has been teaching since 2002. She carefully adapts her classes to her students and explores a variety of techniques to bring the safest and most efficient concepts on health, wellness, spiritual growth and whole life balance.
